I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The receptionists were friendly and welcoming. The room was on the smaller side but definitely not the smallest I've seen in London, just right for a solo traveler. It felt safe and warm, and the water in the bathroom was consistently warm. I also appreciated the lounge area, which was well-equipped with a microwave and fridge. There is lefts in the building, nonetheless there is small three stairs in the entrance, but for the option not to carry your luggage on stairs it is good option, there is option as well to keep ur luggage after your check out with is super wonderful. The location is a big plus, being just a two-minute walk to the underground and surrounded by cafes and shops. Overall, a great option for a convenient and comfortable stay.

Comfortable room, a little small, it had everything we wanted. Bathroom very clean had a good pressure in shower. Plenty of towels available. Heating on in the evening which was nice to feel as chilly. Was able to open window to permit fresh air while we slept was a bonus, as often rooms in these older houses have the windows painted shut. Appreciated the kettle and the fridge upstairs to store our milk. Served our needs for 2 nights, as we travelled light. Liked having 24/7 conciege on duty and CCTV for safety reasons. Liked having M&S Foodhall nearby. Very quiet at night.

Excellent location. Less than 5 minutes walk from Earl's Court Station yet very quite road. Rooms adequate size considering location of the property. Lift is available. No hard water kettle in room but there is fully functional lounge where you can make tea or coffee and relax. Board games provided in Lounge. Bed was extremely comfortable. Minimal interaction with reception staff byt they were nice and polite. Overall a very satisfactory experience. This is now our hotel to look for in future.

Good location next to Earl’s Court tube station. Lots of cafes and eateries around. Nice premises, cute lobby. Clean room, renovated bathroom with good shower. Common area with balcony, you can also make tea there and use the microwave and fridge. It’s also possible to order breakfast at the hotel. The room doesn’t have AC, but my room didn’t get direct sunlight, so it was relatively cool and the fan provided also helped. Friendly staff. Quiet room. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is very conveniently located. Its a 2 min walk from the tube station and lots of cafes are located nearby. The hotel has a lift which is helpful with luggage. Also has a common area providing coffee and tea. The room itself was small so barely any place to keep luggage, which is consistent with most London hotels, but it was clean. Bathroom was also small but clean and had consistent hot water in the shower. All in all it's a good hotel, especially for solo travellers.
